3. What advice would you give to someone just starting their own business?
Everyone gets into or sets up a business for the aim of making profit and money, but on the contrary, let your priority be to provide quality service, let your passion drive you and once you get those two things right, viola! Everything falls in place.

What makes it fun and exciting is the creativity that comes with the job. The event industry is encompassing and at one point or the other I'm privileged to touch every aspects of it; ranging from venue, to decoration, to food, to drinks, to performance and so on. In all of these, you have to be creative. The ability to be able to create and re-create, birth new ideas is more than fun and exciting.
6. What have been some of your biggest learning experience by in running a business?
Hmmmmm, my biggest learning experience in running a business would be FOCUS.
As an entrepreneur, if you are not focused:
• You cannot lead. Especially your team members. You need to be focused to give them direction even when they sometimes have contrary opinions.
• You cannot take the right decisions
• You cannot attend to customers the way you ought to
Finally, one of my biggest lesson whilst running a business is PATIENCE.
